is located in a quiet part of Bourton-on-the-Water and only
8 minutes level walk to the village centre. Part of the walk
towards Bourton-on-the-Water village centre follows the
flow of the Windrush.

Cotswold B&B Rooftrees Guest House is a typical
Cotswold stone house enhanced by a fine display flowers.
The resident owners, Silvia and Séan Farley, have
devoted years to transforming their guest house into one
of the most comfortable and attractive in the area.

The proprietors pride themselves in the high standard of
decor they have achieved and maintained for their guests.

Rooftrees is the ideal base to tour all the Cotswolds
attractions and ideally located for visiting Oxford,
Stratford-upon-Avon, Bath, Warwick Castle, Blenheim
Palace.
